TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands. Grantors represent and warrant that the conveyance made herein is an absolute conveyance of the title to said premises to the Grantee named herein, in effect as well as in form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind, and that the possession of said premises has been surrendered to the Grantee, and that the consideration given by the Grantee herein includes the full cancellation of record by said Grantee of any mortgages, or deeds of trust, against the above described premises.
