DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE
Loren E. Young and Kristine Young, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to the ls Bank, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box
314 S Washington Street, P.O. Box 1620, Afton, Wyoming, 83110, the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot 12 of Townsite of Bedford, Block 12 Third Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat filed on July 26, 2004 as instrument No.901353 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
Grantors represent and warrant that the conveyance made herein is an absolute
conveyance of the title to said premises to the Grantee named herein, in effect as well
as in form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any
kind, and that the possession of said premises has been surrendered to the Grantee,
and that the consideration given by the Grantee herein includes the full cancellation
of record by said Grantee of any mortgages, or deeds of trust, against the above
described premises. Further, Grantors hold no option to repurchase the premises.
