FLOYD entered into an Amortization Sales Contract with the Wyoming Board of Land Commissioners to purchase the lands described below on July 3, 1992; as recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's office on August 26, 1992, in Book 314PR at Page 517, and and WHEREAS, the described lands were acquired by Grant dated May 22, 1918 from the United States of America in accordance with the provisions of the Acts of Congress approved July 10, 1890 and February 28, 1891; and WHEREAS, it appears that all conditions have been fulfilled according to the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Wyoming entitled "An Act concerning public lands of the State of Wyoming, providing for the selection, care, leasing and control of same, and designating and defining the duties of the officers in the selection management and control of such lands," approved January 10, 1891 and the Acts amendatory and supplemental thereto; THEREFORE, the State of Wyoming, Board of Land Commissioners, in consideration of full payment under the Contract and in conformity with W.S. 36 -9 -112 grants unto ROY D. HOFFMAN and to his heirs or assigns, whose address is PO Box 163, Randolf, Utah 84064 the following described lands: TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 117 WEST, OF THE 6TH P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING Section 25, Lots 7 and 18 The above described parcel of land contains 27.59 acres, more or less. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same forever, together with all rights, privileges, immunities, and appurtenances of whatever nature reserving to the State of Wyoming all right, title, and interest in and to any and all minerals including coal, oil, gas, geothermal energy, coal bed methane gas, and minerals of any other character in, upon, or under the above described lands, together with the right of ingress and egress for the purpose of mining, drilling, exploring, operating, developing, storing, transporting and marketing such reserved minerals. These lands are conveyed subject to all rights of way legally established or heretofore granted under the laws of the State of Wyoming or reserved to the United States upon or across said described lands; and subject to any vested and accrued right of way of any ditch company or any person owning a ditch or ditches on or passing through any part of said lands.
