Chrisman, GRANTOR, County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY AND WARRANT to WILLIAM J. MCGINNIS III REVOCABLE TRUST dated September 4, 1998, with William J. McGinnis as trustee, GRANTEE, whose address is P.O. Box 31, Big Piney, Wyoming 83113 the following described real estate and grant the following described easement, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. THAT this described tract of land is hereby combined with and totally merged into the property adjoining to the east and of record in Book 417 of Photostatic Records on page 038 such that they shall be a single, combined property.
