That George Arthur Amussen, Ir. became deceased on the 24 of November, 2010 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and was a resident of Lincoln County, Wyoming, at the time of death. The Decedent died intestate. 2. That the value of the entire estate of the Decedent, including personal property, does not exceed $200,000.00. The appraisal of the Decedent's home is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." 3. That more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the date of death of the Decedent. 4. That no application for appointment of a personal representative of said Decedent is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 5. That the following named Distributees are the only persons entitled to the estate of the Decedent having a right to succeed to the property under the probate proceedings and that they are entitled to delivery of the Decedent's property in the interest shown: NAME RELATIONSHIP INTEREST Bradford Amussen Son One Fourth Gregory Amussen Son One Fourth Lisa Potter Daughter One Fourth Georgette Harman Daughter One Fourth 6. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all right, title and interest in the above described real estate be and hereby is vested in the persons hereinbefore named and in the interest that accompanies their name.
