DECREE ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL ESTATE
THIS MATTER having come before the Court and application having been
made by Bradford Amussen, Gregory Amussen, Lisa Potter and Georgette Harman
for a Decree establishing right and title to and on real property hereinafter
described; and the Court having reviewed the application and other material on file
I- IEREBY FINDS as follows:
1. That George Arthur Amussen, Ir. became deceased on the 24 of
November, 2010 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and was a resident of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, at the time of death. The Decedent died intestate.
2. That the value of the entire estate of the Decedent, including personal
property, does not exceed $200,000.00. The appraisal of the Decedent's home is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
3. That more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the date of death
of the Decedent.
4. That no application for appointment of a personal representative of
said Decedent is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
5. That the following named Distributees are the only persons entitled
to the estate of the Decedent having a right to succeed to the property under the
probate proceedings and that they are entitled to delivery of the Decedent's
property in the interest shown:

6. That the description of the real property owned by the Decedent is as

official records of the County Clerk of Lincoln County.
7. That Notice of the Application was duly published in the Star Valley
Independent for two (2) consecutive weeks on /U g P and

8. That no objection has been filed to the Application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that all right, title and interest in the above
described real estate be and hereby is vested in the persons hereinbefore named and
in the interest that accompanies their name.
FURTHERMORE, a certified copy of this Decree may be recorded in the
Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and this Decree and
record thereof shall be presumptive eviden

The undersigned being duly sworn upon his /her oath states as follows:
1. That on the 21st clay of October 2011,1 viewed the
property described as follows:
Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, Plat 5, Lot 56, as recorded in the
official records of the County Clerk of Lincoln County.
2. That in my opinion the above described property was valued at
$198,000.00 on the 24 day of November, 2010, the date of death of George
Arthur Amussen, Jr.
3. That I have no legal interest in the Estate of George Arthur Amussen,
Jr.

QUIT CLAIM DEED
GEORGE ARTHUR AMUSSEN JR., a widowed person, grantor of County of
Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND FOREVER QUITS CLAIM to GEORGE ARTHUR AMUSSEN JR.,
Trustee, or his successors in trust, under the GEORGE ARTHUR AMUSSEN JR.,
LIVING TRUST, dated July 29, 2004, grantee of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, Plat 5, Lot 56. Together with all water rights, mineral
rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record or in use.
