Wyoming, with its principal office located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
Dan R. Winder and Norma T. Winder, Husband and Wife, as tenants by the entirety,
Grantees, of P.O. Box 131, Jackson, WY 83001, the following described real estate situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
A tract of land within and being a part of Lot 2, Block 18, of the Afton Original Townsite,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING on the north boundary of Lot 2 at a point which bears East a distance of 5
rods (82.5 feet) from the northwest corner of Lot 2; and running
THENCE East, along the north boundary of Lot 2, a distance of 5 rods (82.5 feet);
THENCE South a distance of 8 rods (132 feet);
THENCE West a distance of 5 rods (82.5 feet);
THENCE North a distance of 8 rods (132 feet) to the point of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 0.250 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER WITH all buildings and appurtenances pertaining thereto.
Subject to any reservations or easements of sight or of record.
In witness whereof, the Grantor has caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunder affixed
by its duly authorized officer this 10 day of November, 2011.

acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
