SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Brian Malone and Sara Ann Malone, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Ascent Home Loans, Inc. its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated January 16,
2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on January 22, 2008, at Reception No. 936408 in Book 683 at Page
443.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P.
Assignment dated: March 23, 2011
Assignment recorded: April 15, 2011
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 958905 in Book 765 at Page
472
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on July 12, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. "Successful
Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $248,357.99, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 12, 2011 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on July 12, 2011, at Reception No. 960035 in Book 769 at Page 301.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 22, 2011 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on 2011 at Reception No.

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
