woman, P.O. Box 3673, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto LYDIA CORSI, a single
woman, and ANTHONY R. STEGLICH, a married man as his separate property, as joint
tenants with right of survivorship, c/o P.O. Box 3673, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTEES,
and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and
demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
See the attached Quit Claim Deed creating the tenancy by the entireties that was
recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, land records in Book 577 at Page 816 on
January 27, 2005 as Receiving No. 906107.
Together with all improvements thereon appertaining.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and rights -of -way of record or in use, and
to all other matters of public record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
