Delmore B. and LaVonna K. Graham Family Trust dated October 8, 1994
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as Uwe have,

attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd., titled "Description for Robert
James Graham Robert Graham Tract dated 26 October 2011.
Together with any water and mineral rights associated with the above described land.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

That part of GLO Lot 3 (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section 1, T31N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 678 of
Photostatic Records on page 805, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast spindle of said tract in Book 678 on the north line of said GLO
Lot 3, S89 14' -54 "W, 1008.74 feet, from the northeast corner thereof;
thence S00 07' -02 "E, 639.45 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 678, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
thence continuing S00 07' -02 "E, 319.73 feet, along said east line, to a point;
thence S89 19' -38 "W, 314.05 feet, to a point on the west line of said tract, identical with the west
line of said GLO Lot 3;
thence N00 05' -43 "W, 319.73 feet, along said west line, to a point;
thence N89 19' -38 "E, 313.94 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2.30 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the north line of GLO Lot 3 of Section 1, T31N R119W,
being N89 14' -54 "E;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across a strip of land thirty
(30) feet in width, with the east line described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the above described ROBERT GRAHAM TRACT;
thence N00 07' -02 "W, 639.45 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 678, to the northeast
spindle thereof on the north line of said GLO Lot 3;
the westerly right -of -way line of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as
necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of thirty (30) feet to meet the
north line of said GLO Lot 3 and the north line of the above described ROBERT GRAHAM
TRACT;
RESERVING unto the Grantors a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the
east thirty (30) feet of the above described ROBERT GRAHAM TRACT;
each "spindle" marked by a cotton gin spindle and referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod
with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810
with appropriate details;
each "comer" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF TRACTS FOR DELMOR B. AND LAVONNA K. GRAHAM
FAMILY TRUST, DATED 8 OCTOBER 1994 IN THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF
THE TOWN OF A GLO LOT 3 SECTION 1 T31N R119W LINCOLN
