KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned have on the 21
day o f December
conveys property from John Titensor and Debra C. Titensor, Sellers, to Karen L. Wiley, Buyer,
whose address is 345 N. LaSalle #2502, Chicago Illinois 6065 upon
the completion of the conditions of the Contract for Deed. The land so conveyed is described as
follows:

Said Contract for Deed together with a Deed to be delivered to the Buyer upon full
performance thereof is held by Alliance Title Escrow as Escrow Agent.
This document is filed to secure all rights which are accorded through notice as if the
Contract for Deed itself had been filed.
