QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Suzann K. Heiner, a single person, of
Logan, Cache County, Utah, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other
covenants contained herein, conveys and quitclaims unto Suzann K. Heiner and Mary Ellen
Heiner, as Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Suzann and Mary Ellen Heiner
Trust between Grantor and Trustee, dated December 1, 2011, grantee, of 559 East 1000 North,
Logan, UT 84321 -2446, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand as she has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving
No. 955804, in Book 754, on Page 817, and the Heiner property, as referred to in
the Statement of Trust and Identity of Successor Trustee recorded with Receiving
No. 961429, in Book 774, on Page 524, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 19, and the W1/2NE1/4 of
Section 30, all in T34N, R118W, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 1992 location for the Southeast
Corner of the NW1 /4, of said Section 30;
thence N0 °40'28 "E, along the East line of said NW1 /4, of said Section 30, 2,627.43
feet;
thence S89 °47'31 "E, parallel with the South line of said S1/2SE1/4, of said Section
19, 656.85 feet;
thence S00 °39'53 "W 2,628.97 feet to a Point in the North line of the SE1 /4, of said
Section 30;
thence N89 °39'27 "W 657.28 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
Encompassing 39.64± Acres of land.
GRANTING and RESURVING: A 60.00 Feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, being
30.00 feet either side of the Center Line being more particularly described as

of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming,
said Point of Beginning being 420.58 feet NO °07'35 "E, along said East line of said
SE1 /4, of said Section 19, from the Paul N. Scherbel RLS 164, 1987 location for the
Southeast Corner of said SE1 /4, of said Section 19;
thence N89 °52'25 "W 231.16 feet to the Beginning of a 40.00 feet Radius Curve to
the Left;
thence Southwesterly, along said Curve to the Left, through a Central Angle of
90 °54'12 an Arc length of 63.46 feet, said curve having a chord of S44 °40'29 "W

thence S0 °46'37 "E 308.93 feet to the Beginning of a 40.00 feet Radius Curve to the

thence Northwesterly, along said Curve to the Right, through a Central Angle of
