Pursuant to its Continuing Lien provided for in Section 16 of that certain Lake View Villas
Condominiums Declaration of Ownership and Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and
Conditions dated February 22, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
February 23, 2007, in Book 649, page 501 "the Declaration Lake View Villas Condominiums
"the Condominium hereby executes this Lien Statement (Notice of Assessment) for filing in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.

2. Amount of claim: The present amount of the claim is $4,650.69. The amount may increase
as a result of accruing finance charges, expenses of collection including reasonable attorney fees,
and future assessments.
3. The name and address of the person against whose property the lien is filed:

4. The name of the person against whom the lien claim is made: Jackson Cowboys, LLC.
5. Legal Description of the Property: The real property against which the lien is claimed is
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
Unit 6 of Lake View Villas Condominiums and as amended as Unit 6 of Lake View
Villas Condominiums Amended together with undivided interest in common elements
in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium Ownership and Declaration of
Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions recorded February 23, 2007, in Book 649 on
page 501, and the First Amendment to Lake View Villas Condominiums Declaration

Conditions recorded June 3, 2008, in Book 696 on page 285, and by the official plat
filed on February 23, 2007, as Instrument No. 926986, and by the official amended
plat filed on May 2, 2007, as Instrument No. 928947 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
6. Foreclosure for Failure to Pay the Claim. Pursuant to the Declaration, this lien may be
foreclosed and the lot sold to pay the claim pursuant to W.S. 34 -4 -101 et seq.
EXECUTED and DATED as of the 11 day of December, 2011.

and deed of said Lake View Villas Condominiums.
