Given the name Earl James Cacho and Susan Rae Cacho by the Father we are an immortal living
soul created in his image here as one of his people, a living man and woman, under the seal Earl
James Cacho and Susan Rae Cacho are the lawful! owner of the landed estate EARL JAMES
CACHO and SUSAN RAE CACHO and it's real property and interest.
We accept the oaths of all lawfull officers and bind them to it, and in return extend our
sovereign immunity to carry out this lawful! order.
As TRUSTOR we sealed a Mortgage naming THE LAND TITLE COMPANY as TRUSTEE, and
STANDARD FINANCIAL CORP. dba STANDARD FINANCIAL as BENEFICIARY on August 19, 1998,
witnessed by Heather McEntire a Notary Public. The first page of the Mortgage and signature
page included. See Exhibit A Mortgage Receiving number 852807
Evidence of said Mortgage can be found in the County of Lincoln Clerk's office filed for record
August 27, 1998 Receiving number: 852807, Book: 416 Page: 366 by The Land Title Company.
Under the lawfull powers of the TRUSTOR (Grantor) of this modern statutory Mortgage we
revoke said mortgage due to lack of execution and /or delivery acknowledgment by the
beneficiary or his agent(s). The beneficiary shall acknowledge delivery of a mortgage and until
then the TRUSTOR has the power to revoke. We executed that power here, now, today.
Therefore all rents, issues, profits and right and title that are the beneficial interest of this
mortgage are to be immediately reverted absolutely to us in the name of our landed estate
EARL JAMES CACHO and SUSAN RAE CACHO. We further declare the Trustee(s) of said
Mortgage free and discharged from any further responsibility of the administration and
management of said mortgage and the principle thereof.
Our wish to revoke said mortgage is now a matter of public record as our freewill act and deed,
witnessed under our hand and seal and lawfully acknowledged and attested too with full faith
and credit guaranteed by Article 4 Section 1 of the United States of America Constitution.
