Elkhorn Drive; thence N67 °42'32 "W 287.09 feet; thence Northwesterly 140.32
feet, along an arc of a circular curve to the left through a central angle
of 44 °25'28 with a radius of 180.97 feet; thence N22 °25'26 "W, 382.29 feet
to the Corner of Beginning, encompassing an area of 5.12 acres, more or less;
the'base bearing for this survey is the North line of Lot 68, being S89 °34'52 "E.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF WARRAINTY DEED
JJWe, Earl James Cacho and Susan Rae Cacho the living man and woman created in the image of
God, with indefeasible title to our land and lawful owner of the landed estate known as EARL
JAMES CACHO AND SUSAN RAE CACHO and it's real property and interest, under the seal
Earl James Cacho and Susan Rae Cacho are recorded as the grantee's on the warranty deed for
the real estate described on the attached public record of said deed.
It is our freewill act and deed, to execute this acknowledgement of our acceptance of the deed
and Lawful ownership of the property under the terms of the deed. We ask that the record on file
in the office of County Clerk's Recorder's Office, Lincoln County, Wyoming be updated to
show our acceptance of the deed, as lawfull owner's of the real estate,
All of our other real property and interest issued this real estate and its gain is to be iinanediately
returned to us. What's ours is ours what's yours is yours. We accept the oath of all public
officers and bind them to it, as well as bestow our sovereign immunity on them while
administering our lawfull orders. This public record under seal of a competent court is
guaranteed full faith and credit per Article IV, Section 1, of your Constitution. Any officer of the
public who does not immediately carry out these lawfull orders acknowledges warring with the
constitution in committing treason. Let it be written, so let it be done.
