TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
Shelly D. Dent, a single woman, 43129 Hwy 189, Kemmerer, WY 83101,
GRANTEE, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 2 of Block 1 of Mower Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof, together with all improvements and appurtenances
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and/or
record.
