I am a Title Officer for Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC located in Kemmerer, Wyoming. 2. I am familiar with the documents in the chain of title respecting the following described real property: Part of Lot 1 of Block 27 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point which is the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 and running thence North 4 rods; Thence West 10 rods; Thence South 4 rods; Thence East 10 rods to the Point of Beginning. 3. Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC recorded a Release of Real Estate Mortgage. Prior to recording, Alliance Title and Escrow assisted in writing in recording information in said document. The recording information that was filled in referenced the incorrect recorded document. 4. The incorrect recording information read as follows: Mortgage does hereby certify and affirm that the Mortgage was released and discharged pursuant to that certain WARRANTY DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE made by and between Mortgagor(s) and the underwriter of the Mortgagee recorded in the records of the Office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on the 26 day of December, 2008, at Reception No. 944322 in Book 711 at Page 640. RECEIVED 12/29/2011 at 3:51 PM RECEIVING 962527 BOOK: 778 PAGE: 560 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY 00560 5. The correct recording information reads as follows: Mortgage does hereby certify and affirm that the Mortgage was released and discharged pursuant to that certain WARRANTY DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE made by and between Mortgagor(s) and the underwriter of the Mortgagee recorded in the records of the Office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on the 26th day of October, 2011, at Reception No. 961596 in Book 775 at Page 207. 6. The following documents were recorded with the incorrect recording information: 7. This Affidavit is being filed to correct the scrivener's error contained in the above reference document.
