I am a Title Officer for Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC located in Kemmerer, Wyoming. 2. I am familiar with the documents in the chain of title respecting the following described real property: Lots 11 and 12 of Block 22 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded August 3, 1981 in Book 179PR on Page 238 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. 3. Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC, prepared a title commitment which was used to prepare other documents which contained an incorrect page number in the property description on the above described property. 4. The incorrect page number in the legal description read as follows Page 238. 5. The correct page for the legal description is page 248. 6. The following documents were recorded with the incorrect property description: Warranty Deed recorded October 1, 2007 in Book 674PR on page 75 of the Lincoln County public records. Assignment of Mortgage recorded December 5, 2007 in Book 680PR on page 547 of the Lincoln County public records.
