LIVING TRUST DATED JUNE 11, 1991 AND RANDAL J. HRUSKA AND PAMELA J.
HRUSKA TRUSTEES UNDER THE RANDAL J. HRUSKA LIVING TRUST DATED JUNE
11, 1991, of the City of Rock Springs and County of Sweetwater "Grantors and WEST
HILLS RANCH, LLC, A WYOMING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "Grantee whose
mailing address is 400 N. Center Street, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901.
THE GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and received, and for other good and valuable
consideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, the following
described premises located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows:

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with its appurtenances unto the said Grantee
forever. Grantors covenant with the Grantee that the Grantors are now seized in fee simple
absolute of said premises; that the Grantors have full power to convey same; and warrant the title
against all persons claiming or to claim by, through or under them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have executed this deed on the date set forth above.
