IT IS HEREBY MADE OF PUBLIC RECORD that a CONTRACT FOR DEED, dated the
20th day of December, 2011, by and between ELAINE H. DANA, TRUSTEE of the Charles H. Dana
Revocable Trust dated August 8, 1990, P.O. Box 297, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereafter referred to as
"Seller and the TOWN OF THAYNE, WYOMING, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, P.O. Box
298, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, hereafter referred to as "Purchaser exists for the purchase of property
located in Thayne, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
That property identified in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on September 22, 1994 in Book 357 PR at Pages 615 and 616 as
Instrument No. 790143, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements thereon appertaining.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and rights -of -way of record or in use, and to all
other matters of public record.

($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to CHARLES H. DANA AND ELAINE H. DANA,
trustees of the Charles H. Dana revocable trust dated August 8, 1990, granteea, the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and Waiving all rights under and"by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit;
A portion of the SW1/4 SW1 /4 of Section 14, T34N, R119W, 6th P.N., located in
the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of said Section 14, said point being
1098.29 feet East from the Southwest Corner of said Section 14 as set by Lloyd B.
Baker in the road running West from Thayne August 31,1974; thence North 148.73 feet;
thence N89 "E 187.24 feet; thence S0 150.08 feet, to said South line of
Section 14; thence West, along last said South line, 187.51 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 0.643 acres of land.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservation, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights -of -way of record or in
use
