I(l;i KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of September, 18, 2002, made and executed by Sandra Sue Toland, A Single Person, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $30,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 278' day of September, 2001, in Book #473 PR of Mortgages, at Page 612 as document number v , 876204 and pertaining,to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
