EARL J. CACHO and SUSAN RAE CACHO, as '1'RUSTOR, DECLARES that the mortgage
which was recorded on 2/16/2006, as Document Receiving No. 916056, Book: 612 Page: 540, in
the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, is hereby RESCINDED, WHOLLY
CANCELLED, ANNULLED AND ANY POWERS THEREIN SET FORTH IS
HENCEFORTH AND SHALL BE OF NO FORCE AND EFFECT WHATSOEVER.
The Mortgage which is the subject of this revocation of deed was recorded on
02/16/2006, as Document Receiving No. 916056, Book: 612 Page: 540, in the Official Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, showed Earl J. Cacho and Susan Rae Cacho as Trustor, and original
Trustee UNKNOWN, Beneficiary UNKNOWN and AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT as
Lender, under that certain Mortgage Dated 02/07/2006.
That Mortgage encumbers real property located in the county of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
LOT 68B OF ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, PLAT 3 AMENDED, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS SHOWN ON THE PARCEL DIVISION FILED MARCH 20, 1996
AS INSTRUMENT #817052 OF RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK.
WHEREAS, this revocation of mortgage is executed by Grantor for lack of execution by
Beneficiary of said mortgage. Given the name Earl-J.: Cacho Susan -Rae: Cacho by the Father
we are an immortal living soul created in his image here as one of his people, a living man and
woman, under the seal Earl -J.: Cacho Susan-Rae: Cacho. EARL J. CACHO and SUSAN RAE
CACHO are the lawful owner's of the landed estate and its real property and interest. We accept
the oaths of all lawful officers and bind them to it, and in return extend our sovereign immunity to
carry out this lawful order. Under the lawful powers of the TRUSTOR and GRANTOR of this
modern statutory mortgage, we revoke said mortgage due to lack of execution and/or delivery
acknowledgment by the beneficiary or his agent(s). The beneficiary shall acknowledge delivery of
a mortgage and until then the TRUSTOR has the power to revoke. We executed that power here,
now, today.

NOW THEREFORE, all rents, issues, profits and right and title that are the beneficial interest of
this mortgage are to be immediately reverted absolutely to us in the name of our landed estate
EARL J. CACHO and SUSAN RAE CACHO. We further declare the Trustee(s) of said mortgage free
and discharged from any further responsibility of the administration and management of said
mortgage and the principle thereof.
OUR WISH TO REVOKE SAID MORTGAGE IS NOW A MATTER OF PUBLIC
RECORD AS OUR FREEWILL ACT AND DEED, WITNESSED UNDER OUR HAND
AND SEAL AND LAWFULLY ACKNOWLEDGED AND ATTESTED TOO WITH FULL
FAITH AND CREDIT GUARANTEED BY ARTICLE 4 SECTION 1 OF THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA CONSTITUTION.
Further, under the provisions of TILA and Reg Z, upon issuance of the TILA Rescission Notice,
all obligation of Trustor to make any payments under the Loan were automatically terminated by
operation of law. Section 226.15(d) of TILA (Reg Z). The Mortgage was and remains
automatically null and void by operation of law; As a result of the TILA Rescission Notice (right to
cancel).
This RESCISSION OF DEED is due to good cause, i.e. Fraud, Illegality, Failure To Provide
Proof Of Claim (produce the original "wet ink" note), Proof Of Agency, Debt Validation, TILA
Request; TRUTH IN LENDING VIOLATIONS 1635(b) AND REGULATION Z (TILA) 15
U.S.C. 1601, 226.15(d)(2), 226.23 (d)(2); and REAL ESTATE PRACTICE SETTLEMENT ACT
(RESPA) 12 U.S.C. 2601, and Non Disclosure.
