The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: American Home Mortgage Corporation Assignment dated: September 8, 2006 Assignment recorded: September 15, 2006 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 922476 in Book 633 at Page 789 Assignee: BAC Home Loan Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, L.P. Assignment dated: May 11, 2011 Assignment recorded: June 7, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959568 in Book 767 at Page 708 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 26, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loan Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, L.P. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $221,510.15, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 26, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 26, 2011, at Reception No. 960221 in Book 769 at Page 795.; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 22, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on 2011 at Reception No. 4 in Book 11(1. at Page 1 WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Novy 11 -06429 Page 1 of 2 00003 NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX 75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to- wit: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its successors and assigns forever.
