SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Alison A. Penny and Dustin Q. Penny, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described
real property by that certain mortgage dated March 15, 2007 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 20,
2007, at Reception No. 927716 in Book 651 at Page 728.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee of the Deutsche Alt -A Mortgage
Loan Trust, Series 2007 -0A3 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates
Assignment dated: August 9, 2010
Assignment recorded: August 18, 2010
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 954987 in Book 752 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee of the Deutsche Alt -A Mortgage
Loan Trust, Series 2007 -0A3 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, acting under
a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and
did sell the hereinafter described real property on May 24, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock
in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee of the Deutsche
AIt -A Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007 -0A3 Mortgage Pass Through
Certificates "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $244,800.00, and the said real
property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on May 24, 2011
"Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale
Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of
the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on May 24, 2011, at Reception No. 959398 in Book 767 at
Page 70.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Bank of
America, N.A, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, FKA
Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, for the Benefit of the DBALT 2007 -0A3
Trust, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of
Sale dated December 12, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on

3 at Page 9
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Bank of America, N.A,

Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, FKA Countrywide
Home Loans Servicing LP, for the Benefit of the DBALT 2007 -0A3 Trust whose
mailing address is 400 National Way, SV 35, P.O. Box 10232, Simi Valley, CA
93065 -6298, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Bank of America, N.A, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans
Servicing LP, FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, for the Benefit of the
DBALT 2007 -0A3 Trust, its successors and assigns forever.
