KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
15, 2011 and executed Wayne Millar, Natalie Millar and Wayne E. Gunderson, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $45,111.52
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 7th day of December 2011 in Book 777 of Mortgages,
at Page 609 as document #962256 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this j# day of

Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Section 15 of the Resurvey of Township 21
North, Range 116 West of the 6 Principal Meridian; Thence S89 °42'52 "E along the
Section Line 1,310.19 feet, said point being the point of beginning; Thence N0 °02'13 "E
804.81 fee to the South Right -of -way Line of US Highway 30N; Thence Northeasterly
along the South Right -of -way Line of US Highway 30N the following two (2) courses:
Thence N63 °50'25 "E 177.19 feet; Thence N63 °57'00 "E 30.00 feet; Thence leaving the
