WARRANTY DEED
F.A.T. Investments Limited Partnership, a Wyoming limited partnership, grantor, for and
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and warrants to Arline M. Talley, and
her successors, as trustee of The Arline M. Talley Living Trust under amended and restated
agreement dated April 9, 2009, and all amendments thereto, grantee, whose address is 241 North
Vine Street, #1001W, Salt Lake City, Utah 84109, all interest in and to the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
