Goulding, as attorney for Salt River Cove Property Owners Association, of Afton, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain Lien Statement Pursuant to General Continuing Lien bearing the date of January 20, 2011, made and executed by Gerald L. Goulding, as attorney for Salt River Cove Property Owners Association, claiming a lien against certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $2,196.84 plus assessments accrued in addition to that amount, as therein stated, which lien statement was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 21st day of January, 2011, in Book 761, Page 138, Recording Number 957730, and concerning the following described real estate in said County, to -wit: RELEASE OF LIEN Lot 14 of the Salt River Cove Subdivision according to the official plat thereof on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk. is fully paid, satisfied, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the lien claimed pursuant to said Lien Statement is hereby released.
