NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above entitled action has been commenced
and is pending in the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
by the above named Plaintiff against the above -named Defendants, for among other
things, an adjudication with respect to outstanding homeowner's monthly /yearly
assessment fees that are owed to Plaintiff by the Defendants, relating to the real property
located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, which is more particularly identified and
described as follows, to wit:

NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Pursuant to W.S. 1 -6 -108, Coyote Hills Homeowner's Association, by and
through its attorney, James K. Sanderson, hereby gives notice that there is currently a
pending action, Civil No. CV -201 1 -19, which has been filed in the Circuit Court of
Lincoln County Wyoming, Third Judicial District in and for the State of Wyoming. The
following information is provided to all parties:
1. The Plaintiff in the above referenced action is Coyote Hills Homeowner's
Association.
2. The Defendants are John W. Shray and Lori M. Shray, Husband and Wife.
3. The Complaint filed by the Plaintiff seeks an adjudication with respect to
outstanding homeowner's monthly /yearly assessment fees that are owed to Plaintiff by
the Defendants, that relate to certain real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming
and the satisfaction of any deficiency from the sale of the property by way of the sale of
certain assets and real property pledged by the Defendants, as more particularly described
in the Complaint filed in the above referenced civil action.
4. Said real property is legally described as:
Lot 6 of Coyote Hills Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof filed August 16, 2001 as
Instrument No. 975323 of the records of the Lincoln County,
Wyoming Clerk.
5. Type of Action. Plaintiffs have made claims for breach of contract and are
seeking judgment in the amount of $2,275.00 together with pre judgment interest in the
amount of twelve percent (12 from the intial billing of the Defendants, as more
particularly setforth in the Complaint filed in the above referenced civil matter.
6. Additional Information. More information about the Plaintiff's claims can
be found in the Circuit Court records, Civil No. CV- 2011 -19, Circuit Court of Lincoln
County Wyoming, Third Judicial District, specifically the Complaint filed therein.
7. Notice. All parties are hereby put on notice of this pending civil action.
