its successors and assigns and recorded on January 18, 2005, at Reception No.
905953 in Book 577 at Page 362 of the Official Records in the County Recorder's
Office of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming on real estate legally described as
follows:
LOT 23 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 3, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS
DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLATE THEREOF.
