WHEREAS, Martin Tracy and Suzanne Tracy, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First
Horizon Home Loan Corporation its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the
hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated March 19, 2007 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-
officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on March 21,
2007, at Reception No. 927775 in Book 652 at Page 64.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
Assignment dated: April 21, 2011
Assignment recorded: May 6, 2011
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959196 in Book 766 at Page 399
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of MetLife
Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained
in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on July 5, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the
front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer,
WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $160,368.06, and the said real property was then and there sold
to the Successful Bidder on July 5, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was
issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the
Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 5, 2011, at Reception No. 959934 in Book
768 at Page 821.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National
Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of
Certificate of Sale dated December 22, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described
real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has
now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I,
Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do
hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE
ASSOCIATION, whose address is International Plaza II, 14221 Dallas Parkway, Ste.
1000, Dallas, TX 752542916, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to
the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
