Assignment dated: June 10, 2011 Assignment recorded: June 20, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959737 in Book 768 at Page 255 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on August 2, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
