WHEREAS, Wendy W. Straight, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Metlife Home
Loans, a Division of Metlife Bank, N.A. its successors and assigns, as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated December 30, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of
the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on January 5, 2009, at Reception No. 944484 in
Book 712 at Page 386.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
Assignment dated: June 10, 2011
Assignment recorded: June 20, 2011
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959737 in Book 768 at Page
255
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., acting under a
power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did
sell the hereinafter described real property on August 2, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A.
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $308,712.73, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 2, 2011 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on August 2, 2011, at Reception No. 960321 in Book 770 at Page
321;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated December 28,
2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on ut, 1
2012 at Reception No. 96 7 <a in Book 771 at Page 297-
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the Taws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, 4400 Will Rogers
Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all
