John Michael Clinger, a single man,
Grantor of Alpine, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby Convey and Warrant to
JOHN MICHAEL CLINGER, a single man and BRENT E. JOHNSTON, a single man, as joint tenants
with full rights of survivorship, Grantees of PO Box 3068, Alpine, Wyoming 83128
for the sum of Ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
That Part of Tract 1 of the Rees Subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
as part of the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 20, T37N, R118W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 20, T37N, R118W 6th P.M. Wyoming, 215
fee North of the SE corner section marker of Tract 1. thereof; thence North 150 feet along and
parallel to the forest property line, thence West 150 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East
150 feet to the point of beginning. Conveyance includes the right of uses of the existing 30 foot
wide road of access from Highway 89/26, known as Forest Drive of the Rees Subdivision.
Together with a right of ingress and egress along the following described roadway: A strip of
land twenty -three and twelve- one hundredths (23.12) feet in width being part of GLO Lot 1 of
Section 20, T37N, R118W and part of Tract 1 of the Rees Subdivision of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 171; BEGINNING at a point on the northerly right of way
line of State Highway 26 -89, S74'- 20.5'W, 122.55 feet from an intersection with the east line of
said Section 20, S00' -05'W, 42.91 feet from the northeast corner of said GLO Lot 1, found as
described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office; thence
N01'- 02.9'W, 119.36 feet; thence Northwesterly, 169.83 feet along the arc of a circular curve to
the left through a central angle of 06 with a radius of 1531.12 feet; thence N07'- 24.2'W,
197.51 feet to an intersection with the south line of the foregoing described tract, S89' -55'E,
11.56 feet from the southwest corner of said Tract 1
Together with all improvements and appurtenances theron.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements
and rights -of -way of record or in use.
