HomeMy WebLinkAbout962770AFFIDAVIT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY STATE OF WYOMING SS COUNTY OF LINCOLN Brandalee McDonald and Dirk Fred Hillyard, upon oath, depose and say as follows: 1. We are the children of Fred Hillyard (''the Decedent and are the applicants by virtue of our claim to be distributees of the Decedent as set forth hereinafter. 2. The Decedent died on December 11, 2011, a resident of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming. 3.. The entire estate of the Decedent within the jurisdiction of this court and the purview of Wyoming law, wherever located, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed $200,000.00. 4. More than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the date of death of the Decedent. 5. No application for appointment of a Personal Representative for the estate of the Decedent is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction within the meaning of Wyo. Stat. §2-1 -201 (a)(iii). 6. The undersigned are entitled to payment or delivery of the property of the Decedent for the reason that they are the children, heirs and distributees of the Decedent pursuant to the intestacy statutes for the State of Wyoming. All persons indebted to Fred Hillyard or having possession of tangible personal property or an instrument evidencing a debt, obligation, stock or chose in action belonging to Fred Hillyard shall make payment of or deliver the same to the above described distributees.
