Roberts, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Robert Roberts and Cinta G. Roberts and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Robert and Cinta Roberts Family Trust dated January 1, 2012, between Grantors and Trustees, Robert Roberts and Cinta G. Roberts, beneficiaries, of 1748 Crow Creek Road, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 301 PR, on Page 3, located within the NW1 /4SE1/4 of Section 4, T31N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described on the "Description Parcel B Amended 10.032 Acres" attached and incorporated herein by this reference. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Robert Roberts and Cinta G.
