Receiving No. 934700, in Book 678, on Page 108, a portion of the Perkins property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 695690, in Book 267 PR, on
Page 315, a portion of the Johnson property, as referred to in the Deed recorded
with Document No. 893584, in Book 535 PR, on Page 360, and a portion of the
Roberts property, as referred to in the deed recorded with Document No. 442361, in
Book 101 PR, on Page 600, all with the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the N1/2SW1/4 of Section 3, T35N, R119W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly
described on the "Description: Roberts 101 -600 West Adjusted" attached and
incorporated herein by this reference.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Robert Roberts aka Robert H. Roberts, Jr.,
and Cinta G. Roberts, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of
the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto
Robert Roberts and Cinta G. Roberts and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes
set forth in the Robert and Cinta Roberts Family Trust dated January 1, 2012, between Grantors
and Trustees, Robert Roberts and Cinta G. Roberts, beneficiaries, of 1748 Crow Creek Road,
Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they
have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, to -wit:
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Robert Roberts and Cinta G. Roberts, husband and wife, have
hereunto set their hands as of the 1st day of January, 2012.
