husband Matt Sammons, of 9620 Gibson Jack Road, Pocatello, Idaho 83204 as my true
and lawful attorney -in -fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to execute on my
behalf any and all instruments and documents, including, but not limited to, purchase
agreements, exchange agreements, exercise of option letters, deeds, closing statements,
promissory notes, mortgages, land sales contracts and contracts for deed, and other
legal documents relating to the sale or conveyance of real property situated in Lincoln
County, WY, described as follows:

2003, in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 163 -C.

All for such price and upon such terms as to him seem satisfactory, giving and
granting unto the said Matt Sammons full power and authority to do and perform every
act and thing whatsoever in connection therewith as fully and to all intents and purposes
as I might do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney -in -fact shall lawfully do by virtue hereof.
