consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Carolyn D.
Edgcomb, Successor Trustee under the Edgcomb Living Trust dated March 4, 1996, restated
January 20, 2006, and any amendments thereto, GRANTEE, whose address is 1 River Bend
Road, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, any and all right, title, interest, and claim of GRANTOR in and
to the following described real estate situated in the County of Teton, State of Wyoming, and the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit:
A parcel of land located in Sections 21, 28 and 29, Township 38N, Range 116W,
Teton County and Lincoln County, Wyoming and more particularly described as
follows:
Homestead Entry Survey 185 as depicted on that Plat of Homestead Entry Survey
185 accepted on January 10, 1922 in the General Land Office /U.S. Surveyor
General's Office;
Teton County PIN: 22- 38- 16- 08 -04 -00 -003;
Lincoln County PIN: 12- 38- 16- 28 -2 -00 -001
TOGETHER WITH any appurtenant riparian lands and including all
improvements thereon and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto
belonging; subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations, encumbrances, rights and rights -of -way of sight and /or record, and
subject to applicable zoning laws and restrictions;
hereby waiving and releasing any and all claims under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.
