($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to John P. Stetzenbach
and Melody A. Stetzenbach, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
GRANTEES, of 921 3` West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 2 of Block 1 of Mower Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described in
the official plat thereof, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and/or
record.
