SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY
KNOW ALL MEN by these presents: that I /we, Brenda L. Johnson
the undersigned, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do make, constitute and
appoint: My husband Randall D. Johnson
my /our true and lawful attomey for and in my /our name, place and stead, and for my /our use and benefit
as follows:
to execute all documents necessary, including any loan documents, for the purchase of that certain real
property located at: 2031 Ridgemont Place, Kemmerer, WY 83101
More particularly described as:
Lot 55 -L -3, 56 -L -3, 63 -L -3, and 64 -1 -3 of the Rolling Hills First Addition to the City of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on February 25, 1985 as Instrument No.
650749 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
and to sign, seal, execute, encumber, deliver and acknowledge such instruments in writing of whatever
kind and nature as may be necessary or proper.
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every
act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the above stated premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as the signer might or could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that said attorney shall Lawfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by
virtue of these presents.
It being further agreed that Alliance Title Escrow Corp. and/or any other insurance company
relying hereon and any lender taking a security interest in the subject property may rely upon the
authority herein granted.
The undersigned hereby further agree to indemnify and hold said attorney harmless from any
claim, loss or liability relating to all lawful acts which such attorney shall lawfully do pursuant to this
instrument.
This Power of Attorney shall not terminate on disability of the principal and shall survive and
continue in full force and effect should I for any reason be declared incompetent, or should I be physically
unable to take any such actions, hereby ratifying and confirming all acts performed by my attorney -in -fact
irrespective of my future mental condition. The attorney -in -fact is hereby authorized to indemnify and
hold harmless any third party who accepts and acts under this Power of Attorney.
This Power of Attorney shall terminate six (6) months from the date of execution hereof.
