Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of February
04, 2009 and executed by Alan R. Haderlie and Valerie J. Haderlie, Husband and Wife as
Tenants by the Entireties, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $100,000.00 which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 9` day of February, 2009 in Book 715 of Mortgages,
at Page 151 as document #945177 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said
County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signedbyits President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 18` day of January,
2012

Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and

of Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said corporation.
