Airpark Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements,
Liens and Charges dated January 26, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk
on January 31, 2007, in Book 647, page 632 "the Declaration Alpine Airpark Association, Inc.
"the Association hereby executes this Lien Statement (Claim of Lien) for filing in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.

2. Amount of claim: The present amount of the claim is $2,500.00. The amount may increase
as a result of accruing finance charges, expenses of collection including reasonable attorney fees,
and future assessments. The lien claimed is in the amount of the stated delinquency.
3. The name and address of the person against whose property the lien is filed (the delinquent

4. Lien is claimed after demand and failure to pay: Due demand has been made upon the
delinquent Owner pursuant to the Declaration and said amount was not paid within 10 days after
such demand.
5. Legal Description of the Property: The real property against which the lien is claimed is
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described as follows:
Unit 6 of Lake View Villas Condominiums and as amended as Unit 6 of Lake
View Villas Condominiums Amended together with undivided interest in
common elements in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium

Ownership and Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions recorded
February 23, 2007, in Book 649 on page 501, and the First Amendment to Lake
View Villas Condominiums Declaration of Condominium Ownership and
Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants and Conditions recorded June 3, 2008,
in Book 696 on page 285, and by the official plat filed on February 23, 2007, as
Instrument No. 926986, and by the official amended plat filed on May 2, 2007,
as Instrument No. 928947 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
6. Foreclosure for Failure to Pay the Claim. Pursuant to the Declaration, this lien may be
foreclosed and the lot sold to pay the claim pursuant to W.S. 34 -4 -101 et seq.
EXECUTED and DATED as of the 25th day of January, 2012.
