HomeMy WebLinkAbout962917NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Terms, Conditions and Provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, as contained in instruments of record with the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 553 of Photo, page 54, receiving number 8988829, that there exists a lien for assessments and interest on the following described real property located within Lincoln County, Wyoming: Lot 11 of Aspen Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed April 28, 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 237 -B. Unpaid Indebtedness: $2,315.15 This amount includes $688.80 in unpaid indebtedness previously recorded in the Notice of Lien Assessment dated December 16, 2009, and recorded in Book 738 of Photo, page 546, receiving number 951159, which Notice of Lien Assessment is hereby amended and superseded. It also includes $150 in attorneys fees incurred in the preparation and filing of this amended lien statement, and interest that has accrued for non payment. The owners of the above named lot are: W.
