The two tracts of land in Section 21, consisting of a total of 48.1 acres, heretofore conveyed by Marcus D. Nelson, et al, to Idella Nelson Calhoun Pugmire by Warranty Deed dated April 17, 1957, recorded May 15, 1957 in Book 22 on Page 224, in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. That part of Section 21, Township 21 North, Range 113 West of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming which is north of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way and south of the approximate centerline of Old Highway 30 N being described as follows: Beginning at a point along the east line of Section 21, said point being N 0°12'00" W, 188.00 feet from the east quarter corner of Section 21; thence S 89 °12'33" W, 660.90 feet along the northerly boundary of that land belonging to the Idella Nelson Calhoun as recorded in Book 22PR on Page 224, Lincoln County Clerk's Office; thence S 0°03'51" W, 2,145.88 feet along the westerly boundary of the Idella Nelson Calhoun property to the northerly right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence N 80 °52'35" W, 4,104.68 feet along the northerly right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence N 0 °02'06' W, 2,741.80 feet to the point on the approximate centerline of Old Highway 30 North, said point being on a non tangent curve to the right whose radius point bears S 19°46'16" W, 5,001.19 feet; thence along said curve to the right through a central angle of 2 °12'22 an arc distance of 192.57 feet; thence S 68 °01'22' E, 2,474.53 feet to a point of curve to the left whose radius point bears N 21 °58'38" E, 2,234.97 feet; thence along said curve to the left through a central angle of 22 °46'05 an arc distance of 888.13 feet; thence N 89 °12'33° E, 1,375.56 feet to a point on the east line of Section 21; 2 O01 thence S 0 °12'00" E, 99.79 feet along the east line of Section 21 to the point of beginning.
