ROBERT L. CARRIBOU, JR., and CATHY D. CARRIBOU,
husband and wife, of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors, for
and in consideration of Ten and N O/ loo Dollars [$10.00] and for other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO KIMBERLY HUGHES, a
single person, of Rock Springs, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, Grantee,
as Sole Owner, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
The E1 /21VE1/4 of Section 28, T23N, R116W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER with all improvements thereon, and
easements, appurtenances, and incidents belonging or
appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith;
SUBJECT to all mineral leases, reservations,
restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights -of -way of record in sight or use;
TOGETHER with all rights to the Easement recorded
February 4, 2003, in Book 511 PR on page 654 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
