WARRANTY DEED
Nels F. Gardner, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Jerry D. Hale, Amy D, Hale, Clayton C.
Thoman and Abrianne Thoman, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, of PO Box
283, LaBarge, WY 83123, GRANTEES, the following described real estate, situate in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 433 of Photostatic
Records on page 592 and the easterly sixty (60) feet of that tract of record in said Office in Book
624 of Photostatic Records on page 321, within Lot 1 (NE1 /4NE1/4), SE1 /4NE1/4, SW1 /4NE1/4
and SE1 /4 of Section 3, T26N, R114W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the combined tract being
secondarily described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Section 3 found as described in the Corner Record
filed in said Office;
thence S00 °01.6'W, the base bearing for this description, 1338.10 feet, along the east line of said
Section 3 to the southeast corner of said Lot 1, found as described in the Corner Record filed in
said Office;
thence S35 °41.1'W, 1282.96 feet, along the southeast line of said tract in Book 433 to its
southeast point;
thence along the easterly boundary of said tract in Book 624 as follows:
S25 °35.0'W, 1286.27 feet, to a point;
S00 °31.3'W, 543.05 feet, to a 3/8 x12 ins. Steel spike on the center -line of the Viola Cemetery
County Road No. 12 -343, identical in part with Guyette Drive of Viola Subdivision Phase 1 of
record in said Office as Plat No. 300, N68 °14.3'W, 94.23 feet, from the northeast corner of Lot 46
of said Viola Subdivision Phase 1, and leave said easterly boundary;
thence N68 °14.3'W, 64.37 feet, along said center -line, to a position at the intersection with the
westerly boundary of said easterly sixty (60) feet;
thence along said westerly boundary as follows:

N25 °35.0'E, 1273.83 feet, to a position on the south line of said tract in Book 433,
N87 °39.8'W, 65.30 feet, of the southeast point of said tract in Book 433, and leave said
westerly boundary;
thence N87 °39.8'W, 1101.37 feet, along said south line to the southwest marker of said tract in
Book 433;
thence along the westerly boundary of said tract in Book 433 as follows:
