AFFIDAVIT Or COMPLIANCE
I, JAMES K. SANDERSON, being first duly sworn, upon my oath,
depose and state:
That I am the attorney for The Bank of Star Valley, Inc., (hereinafter
"Mortgagee
2. That according to the information provided to me by my client, The
Bank of Star Valley, Inc., WAYNE CRAIG DAVIS AND JOANNE MARIE
DAVIS (hereinafter "Mortgagors are in default of certain promissory note,
mortgage, and loan extension agreements, said loan extension agreements dated
January 12,2011; August 23, 2010; October 28, 2009; and January 12,2008;
executed by the Mortgagors and payable to the Mortgagee, to secure and payoff
one Promissory Note /Loan /Mortgage, Loan Number: 01- 700183 -05 (122338)
dated July 19, 2006, wherein WAYNE CRAIG DAVIS AND JOANNE MARIE
DAVIS, mortgaged to The Bank of Star Valley, Inc, the following real property,
located at NNA Aspen Ridge Trail, Lot 11 Aspen Ridge Subdivision., Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and legally described as on said mortgage, to wit:
LOT 11, ASPEN RIDGE ESTATES, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING, ACCORDING THE PLAT FILED APRIL 28, 2004
IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK AS
PLAT NO. 237-B
3. Mortgage to the above referenced real estate was recorded on July
26, 2006 as Book 627, Page 57.0, Receiving No. 920590, in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. A default in said Mortgage /Loan /Promissory Note has occurred by
reason of the failure of the Mortgagors, WAYNE CRAIG DAVIS AND JOANNE
MARIE DAVIS, to pay the principal and interest due thereon to Mortgagee, when
the same became due and payable through the original loan /promissory note and

or extensions thereto, and said Mortgagee has exercised its option to declare the
debt secured thereby to be due and payable in full, and is now proceeding
according to law to advertise and sell said property to satisfy the same.
5. The Mortgagee gave proper notice to the Mortgagor on or about
November 15, 2011 via Certified U.S. Mail of its intention to foreclose, pursuant
to Section 34 -4 -103 of the Wyoming Statutes 2009.
6. That the last known address of the above named Mortgagor is:
WAYNE CRAIG DAVIS AND JOANNE MARIE DAVIS
1080 W. 1060 S.
HEI3ER CITY, UT 84032
7. That the principal and interest due and owing as of January 31, 2012
is $84,726.46, plus any ongoing interest, late fees, expenses and attorneys fees,
and liens, together with costs of this foreclosure action.
8. That a true and correct copy of the Notice of Foreclosure was sent to
the Mortgagors via certified mail on or about December 22, 2011.
9. That the Notice of Foreclosure was published for four (4)
consecutive weeks in the Star Valley Independent newspaper on January 5, 2012;
January 12, 2012; January 19, 2012; and January 26, 2012 prior to the foreclosure
sale by the Lincoln Sheriff or his deputy.
