Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January
17, 2008 and executed by Matthew C. Meyer and Cynthia L. Meyer, Husband and Wife, to
The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $220,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 23r day of January, 2008 in Book 684 of Mortgages, at Page 566 as
document #936442 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:

The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 27` day of January,
