Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 26 of Deeds on page 287 described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said
Northeast Quarter Southeast Quarter, North 89 °08'55" West 833.11 feet from the East Quarter corner of
said Section 5; thence South 00 °51'05" West 156.11 feet to a point on the Northeast right of way line of
the Cottonwood County Road No. 12 -153; thence continuing South 00 °51'05" West 30.30 feet to a
3/8 "x12" steel spike on the centerline of said County Road; thence North 81 °03' West 332.00 feet along
said centerline to a 3/8 "x12" steel spike; thence North 00 °51'05" East 30.30 feet to a point on the said
Northeast right of way line; thence continuing North 00 °51'05" East 109.34 feet to a point on the said
North line of the said Northeast Quarter Southeast Quarter that is South 89 °08'55" East 97.00 feet from
the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 °08'55" East 328.69
feet along said North line to the point of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
