Nelson and Deborah J. Nelson, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 3, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 26, 2008, at Reception No. 944326 in Book 711 at Page 672. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Chase Home Finance LLC Assignment dated: November 25, 2009 Assignment recorded: December 7, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 950923 in Book 737 at Page 637 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Chase Home Finance LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on April 26, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Chase Home Finance LLC "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $229,483.62, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on April 26, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 26, 2011, at Reception No. 959073 in Book 765 at Page 883.; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated October 24, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk an. ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State o Wyoming, on 3 2012 at Reception No. n �9 �O L in Book M) at Page ShDeed WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, 4400 Will Rogers Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: Sheriffs Deed Nelson 09- 26517R Page 1 of 2 00710 LOT 21 OF BLOCK 3 OF THE LINCOLN HEIGHTS FIFTH ADDITION, 3RD FILLING, TO THE CITY OF KEMMERER, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF with an address of 1921 Berry Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
