3476 Stateview Blvd, Fort Mill, SC 29715, grants, bargains, sells, transfers and
assigns to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, whose mailing address is
5000 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010, "Assignee its legal
representatives and assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate
of Sale dated September 20, 2011, on the following described property:
LOT 85 OF PRATER CANYON ESTATES PLAT 4, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT
FILED ON JULY 6, 1970 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 423838 OF THE
RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on September 20, 2011, and the Certificate
of Sale was filed on September 20, 2011, at Reception No. 961072 in Book 773
at Page 118 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
