Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO:

and it's successors and forever,all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as ought
to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
state to wit:
10 KENNINGTON BURTON LANE. AFTON,
Wyoming 83110 as described on the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights
-of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
