Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto, including all water rights. Subject to easements, reservations, exceptions, restrictions, or rights -of -way of record, of sight, or in use. Tract 2: The East Half of the South Half of the South Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto, including all water rights.
