KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that A. VERDEAN JENSEN and VERNA
R. JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Jensen Family Trust dated July 18, 2002, 110 East Twin Cliffs, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, with ownership of the property identified below as "Tract 1" and with an undivided
one -third (1/3) interest as joint tenant with right of survivorship in the property identified below as "Tract
2 DIRK R. JENSEN and JOAN JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Dirk R. Jensen and Joan Jensen Joint
Living Trust dated May 1, 2005, P.O. Box 42, Grover, Wyoming 83122, with an undivided one -third
(1/3) interest as joint tenant with right of survivorship in the property identified below as "Tract 2 and
ROD R. JENSEN and ILEENE C. JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Rod R. Jensen and Ileene C. Jensen
Joint Living Trust dated February 28, 2008, P.O. Box 1485, Afton, Wyoming 83110, with an undivided
one -third (1/3) interest as joint tenant with right of survivorship in the property identified below as "Tract
2 GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DIRK R.
JENSEN and JOAN JENSEN, TRUSTEES of the Dirk R. Jensen and Joan Jensen Joint Living Trust
dated May 1, 2005, P.O. Box 42, Grover, Wyoming 83122, GRANTEES, and their successors and
assigns, the following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
Tract 1: The West Half of the South Half of the South Half of the North Half of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto, including all water rights.
Subject to easements, reservations, exceptions, restrictions, or rights -of -way of
record, of sight, or in use.
Tract 2: The East Half of the South Half of the South Half of the North Half of
the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto, including all water rights.
Subject to easements, reservations, exceptions, restrictions, or rights -of -way of
record, of sight, or in use.
